Morelux® Golf Impact Screen 10' x 7.5' - Golf Hitting Screens for Simulator

This is not a single-sheet screen. We utilize a heavy-duty vertical spacer yarn sandwiched between two layers of high-density, impact-resistant polyester. This distinct three-layer construction is engineered to manage ball speeds up to 250 mph by transforming direct kinetic force into controlled material displacement.

We eliminated fragile metal eyelets. The GS1075 features 32 heavy-duty straps with integrated hook-and-loop fasteners, removing the need for external bungee cords. This self-contained mounting system ensures even tension distribution, preventing the localized fabric distortion and tearing common in traditional eyelet setups.

The warp-weft woven architecture provides the necessary flexibility to absorb and spread the strap tension. Unlike rigid materials that snap, this fabric extends both horizontally and vertically, creating a Zero-Hesitation Zone for high-velocity practice while maintaining a Near-Flat surface.

We do not claim "silence," as physics dictates otherwise. However, the internal spacer layer effectively muffles the high-frequency "crack" of impact into a low-frequency thud. It serves as a Heavy-Duty Sanctuary, reducing noise levels to manage expectations for indoor home environments.

The GS1075 features industrial-grade heavy-duty webbing around the entire perimeter. This is the skeletal system for the 32-point fasteners, specifically designed to absorb and spread the strap tension that would rip standard folded edges and thin eyelets apart. Minimized Mechanical Deformation starts at the edge.
